Mission

Our mission is to construct a safe Island environment that provides support and advocacy for victims and survivors of interpersonal violence through collaboration and prevention efforts with others.

Vision

HOPE’s vision is an island-wide community where all members are respected and safe to develop their fullest potential without fear of violation.

Services

We offer supportive services for those experiencing violence. We have trained Advocates to assist with resources for those in dangerous situations. We provide education for the community. Most importantly, we offer HOPE.

Values

We believe every person is accountable to the greater community for interacting respectfully with others regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference or socioeconomic distinctions.

We believe respect and tolerance for diversity yields a social climate of safety and freedom, which allows individuals to grow and contribute through a broad range of healthy and interpersonal relationships.

We believe a strong community is the result of collaboration between individuals and organizations to provide education and supports, which promote health, personal growth empowerment.

We believe members will model, lead and encourage investment in HOPE’s mission by donations of money, material, time, abilities and talents.
